Started as a blacksmith shop more than 120 years ago, Nidec Minster is now a premier manufacturer of metal forming presses, coil line equipment, controls and related software known for its high precision quality and reliability.
Our Work Takes a Team
At Nidec Minster, we produce high-level custom products for international manufacturers. Our custom work doesn’t get done on an assembly line. Our team of skilled engineers, fabricators, machinists, welders and more are dedicated to building the best. Whether building a 60-ton capacity press or a soaring 1.2-million pound press that’s four stories tall, our team members work together to move the project from start to finish.

Our office and manufacturing facilities are located in a 650,000+ square foot space in Minster, Ohio. We are proud to have our presses and material handling equipment in production in more than 87 countries around the world.
