Arisa GS2 Servo Press Series, High Quality Solutions – Short Lead Times

Arisa GS2 Servo Press Series, High Quality Solutions – Short Lead Times

Faced with an urgent production surge, KIRCHHOFF Automotive turned to the Arisa GS2-630 servo press, recognizing its reliability and standard configurations as the ideal solution.

Once again, KIRCHHOFF Automotive placed its trust in Nidec Arisa as a key partner, this time for its plant in Querétaro, Mexico. The company’s ability to deliver a highly engineered product within a short time was a key factor in the German manufacturer’s decision for this project.

 ARISA GS2 Servo Press Series

The standard Arisa GS2 630 servo press, equipped with two highly dynamic servo motors, was the perfect solution for KIRCHHOFF Automotive’s production needs and short lead time.

Capable of the most dynamic servo motions for the market, the GS2 uses the recently developed Global Production Control or GPC. This control provides a user-friendly interface, simplifying the operator’s job.

Standard on the GS2 series, 16 die protection channels, 16 output cams, a tonnage monitor with load signature analysis and hydraulic overload protection, ensure that the press operates protected.

Arisa’s servo technology is well known by KIRCHHOFF Automotive, which has trusted Arisa for more than 30 years with press installations at numerous locations, including a new Arisa GS2-400 press at its Manchester plant in the U.S.

The versatility of these standard product lines allows for the possibility of integrating peripherals and the production of different applications. In this case, this press produces parts for a welded assembly for the automotive industry.

The Global Production Control (GPC) integrates all of the functions of the GS2 system to a single control panel.
